Market Square is one of the best places in Knoxville to patio hop. From coffee shops and restaurants to rooftop bars and outdoor dining and unique shops there’s something for everyone right in the heart of downtown. My friends and I can spend the whole day here
It’s the perfect place to spend an afternoon walking around, grabbing drinks with friends, or enjoying dinner outside while soaking in the energy of downtown Knoxville.
🌊 Lakeside Tavern & Cheers At Choto
If you love lake views and relaxed outdoor dining, both Lakeside Tavern and Cheers At Choto offer beautiful patios near Fort Loudoun Lake.
These are great spots to unwind after work, enjoy a sunny weekend afternoon, or catch live music while enjoying East Tennessee’s waterfront lifestyle. Check out Cheers At Choto for the their live music as well.
🍗 Wild Wing Cafe – Farragut and Powell
Wild Wing Cafe is a fun, casual patio spot known for wings, drinks, and live music nights.
It’s one of my personal favorite places to grab chicken wings and enjoy the outdoor atmosphere with friends and family.
🍸 Cazzy’s Corner Grill
A longtime Knoxville favorite, Cazzy’s Corner Grill offers a comfortable patio paired with great food in West Knoxville.
It’s a great choice for lunch meetings, casual dinners, or simply relaxing outside on a beautiful spring evening. The bowls on the menu are a must try!
🦀 Chesapeake’s – Parkside
The Parkside location of Chesapeake’s offers a spacious outdoor patio perfect for seafood lovers.
Whether you’re heading there for dinner or drinks outside, it’s one of the best spots in West Knoxville to enjoy patio season. One of my favorite places for oysters.
